By accessing or using PinPoint ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
PinPoint is a visual website feedback tool that allows users to embed a JavaScript snippet on their websites and collect annotated feedback from clients and collaborators. Features vary by plan:
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at pinpoint.help@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and compliance on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
You agree not to use PinPoint to:
PinPoint and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PinPoint. You retain ownership of all feedback data and content collected through your projects. By using the Service, you grant PinPoint a limited license to store and display that data to you and your authorized collaborators.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that the Service will be free of errors. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PinPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or revenue.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
